We are conveniently located at 255 Union Boulevard, Suite 430, just 3.5 blocks south of the intersection of U.S. Highway 6 (6th Avenue) and Union Boulevard in Lakewood, Colorado. We are open Monday through Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Occasionally days and times may vary depending on doctor/staff training and continuing education. Also, during the summer the schedule will vary due to less demand for after school time.
