OUR TEAM

We know that our office is only as effective and as welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly and well-trained team members! As a team, we are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment in a supportive and nurturing environment. We promise to speak candidly with you about possible treatments as well as any risks and associated costs of treatment, and how treatment can address your individual needs as a patient.

Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Terri Steele - Treatment/Financial Coordinator

I absolutely love my job—it has been a meaningful and fulfilling part of my life for the past 30 years. I’ve had the privilege of working as a financial and treatment coordinator, with the last 18 years spent at Lakewood Orthodontics. Stepping away is not easy, as the patients, parents, and my co-workers have truly become like family to me. Each day, I find joy in helping create beautiful smiles and being part of our patients’ journeys.

While I’m deeply dedicated to my work, my greatest passion is my family—all proud native Coloradans. I share my life with my husband of 28 years, our two Golden Retrievers, and a spirited Dachshund. In our free time, we love to travel and spend as much time as possible with our granddaughter, grandson, and great-grandson, who bring endless joy to our lives.

Natalie Wilson - Orthodontic Assistant

I’ve been part of the Lakewood Orthodontics family since starting my career in 2001, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a profession I truly love. As a Colorado native from the western slope, I cherish the natural beauty of our state. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, whether we’re capturing moments through photography or exploring the mountains with family. I'm a proud mom to two amazing grown kids, and I'm even more blessed to have two beautiful grandkids who light up my world.

Myeshia Brown – Orthodontics Assistant

I’ve been in the dental field since 2012, and orthodontics has always been my favorite part of it all. I truly enjoy being part of the process that helps people feel more confident about their smiles—it’s incredibly rewarding to see those transformations. I strive to bring positive energy to the office every day, and if you haven’t noticed already… I absolutely love the color pink!

Juliana Stange – Administrator

This is my first year in the field of orthodontics, and I’m so excited to begin this journey. I had braces as a teenager, and that experience sparked my interest in orthodontics. I truly believe confidence starts with your smile.

I’m a Colorado native with two children and a deep love for this beautiful state. I enjoy spending time outdoors and have a passion for cooking. Most of all, I love helping others.

I’m incredibly proud to be joining this team and look forward to growing within the field and making a difference in people’s lives.
